For nearly 60 years, Trinity Baptist Church has served Metterich, the surrounding communities and families connected to nearby military bases.

We are part of the International Baptist Convention, joining with English-language churches across Europe, the Middle East and beyond to make Christ known among the nations.

Through many seasons of change, our foundation has remained the same: Christ proclaimed, Scripture taught and the church gathered in worship and fellowship.

ABOUT THE PASTER

Pastor Philip Redmond

Pastor Philip serves as the pastor of Trinity Baptist Church. He and his wife, Tabitha, have two children, Leah and Lukas.

Pastor Philip is originally from Missouri. He is a 2006 graduate of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri, where he received a Master of Divinity degree. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in May 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Language and Culture. Prior to pursuing his degrees, he served as a pianist for 4 years in the United States Marine Corps.

He enjoys a good cup of coffee and enjoys one even more with good company. Above all, he loves the Lord and loves the Lord’s people. It is a strong conviction of his to be approachable and available, so never hesitate to contact him.

Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ. For this I toil, struggling with all his energy that he powerfully works within me.
